In 2007, CTSA began producing materials for its only customer, Joe Bland Construction. Our job was simple: make sure the customer had the materials they needed to complete the job, no matter how large or long the job was. We quickly realized there was a need in Central Texas for this kind of service from an aggregate supplier and that’s what we sought out to do. That means quoted projects good for the duration of the job, designated stockpiles to meet production demands, and delivery assistance with quick turnaround times for customer trucks. Over 15 years later and we continue to perform those three core services.
